I am moving out next month because I'm moving out of town. I've lived here for 6 months and I haven't really had any problems.

The staff are nice and helpful, the maintenance is completed in a reasonable time, my apartment is cute with a fire place, built in shelves and a vaulted ceiling. After living in Residence of Riverbend for 2 years, this place is heaven. I wish I had found this place earlier!
